As the founder of Kuma Creative Network, established in 2020 in Batam, Indonesia, I lead a talented team of 10 professionals. Over the years, we have successfully partnered with around 50 diverse clients. Our core focus is on delivering high-quality creative solutions, specializing in branding, graphic design, and marketing strategy. We are dedicated to providing professional services that consistently meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Our portfolio spans various industry sectors and includes a wide range of projects such as logo and brand identity design, marketing campaigns, and social media management.I also serve as the Human Resource & Brand Development Manager at Raden Lina Indonesia, where I lead a team of 12 employees, including beauticians, receptionists, sales leader, operational leader and doctors. My role involves maintaining the brand’s integrity and conveying its value to customers, while also being actively involved in high-level decision-making as part of the top management.
