Identifies, evaluates and appraises services business loan applications by investigating and checking feasibility and financial viability of business proposals including the identification and evaluation of:organisational and managerial inputs and expertisefinancial implications and returnsmarket factors, competition and market penetrationsecurities offered and available.2. Attend to customers queries3. Update customer on loan application progress4. Closely monitor business activities to identify non-performing loans to minimize potential exposure and risk, and come up with rehabilitation strategies for those that have potential to be revived.5. Identify project/client needs and recommend mentoring and training intervention.6. Receives and reviews reports from business counsellors and mentors and ensure implementation of the approved mentors recommendation7. Prepare monthly reports and statistics on the portfolio.8. Act on behalf of the Client Service Centre Manager as necessary
