• Attending a pre-flight briefing, during which air cabin crew are assigned their working positions for the upcoming flight. Crew are also informed of flight details, the schedule, the number of infants on board and if there are passengers with any special requirements, such as diabetic passengers or passengers in wheelchairs;• Check the safety equipment and security checks, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy and that the information in the seat pockets is up to date and that all meals, drinks and stock are on board• Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats; • Informing passengers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away• Checking all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off and landing• Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight• Serving meals and refreshments• Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations• Providing first aid where necessary• Completing paperwork, including writing a flight report.• Ongoing training

• The “face” of the organisation. • Receive patients and prepare them for necessary dental procedures• Answer all incoming calls, direct and relay telephone, email, fax, and mail messages for staff members• Direct enquiries from the patients to the appropriate staff member• Pick up and deliver the mail• Prepare surgery room for dental treatments with correct instruments for use as directed by the operator• Record findings from oral examinations into patient dental files• Process and file dental x-rays• Maintain filing system for patients• Provide instruments and dispense materials during oral examinations as directed by the dentist• Assist dentist during dental treatment by using specialized dental equipment• Clean and sterilize dental instruments after treatment• Clean and tidy surgery room and implement standard decontamination procedures for infection control

• Ensure the smooth operation of the day to day running of Child Care centres in accordance with the Centre’s policies and procedures and per the ACT government’s National Quality Framework for early childhood education• Supervise and engage in children’s activities as well as documenting their development.• Positively interact with all children, nurturing their confidence and self-esteem giving each child individual attention and comfort throughout the day.• Planning for the ongoing development of each individual child• Implement a consistent daily routine for the children (the routine provides structure and guidance for the children during the day).• Supervise indoor/outdoor environments to provide safety for the children at all times.• Ensure a clean and healthy environment for all children • Communicate with parents and provide feedback on children’s development and activities throughout the day.• Perform incidental administrative duties.
