I am a punctual and dependable person who is committed to finishing what I start. I pride myself on being reliable, organized, and honest, with a strong ability to communicate and interact effectively with others. I approach my responsibilities with professionalism and strive to achieve goals in a cooperative manner.I completed my Grade 12 at Thuto-Tiro Comprehensive School in 2018, where I excelled in Civil Technology and other technical subjects. I furthered my education at Sedibeng TVET College, Sebokeng Campus, earning an N2 qualification in Civil Engineering in 2019.In my current role as a Guest Relations Officer at Vaal Mall, I manage the information desk, handle gift card sales, and update the mall's social media and website. I also coordinate exhibition schedules and assist with customer inquiries. Prior to this, I worked as a Mascot at Vaal Mall, where I engaged with children, distributed mall goodies, and promoted various events. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in woodworking from my high school projects, which involved measuring, cutting, and finishing timber.
