CurrentAs a Full Stack Intern at Botlab Dynamics, I have assumed a leadership role within the Frontend Engineering team, overseeing the development of a sophisticated Ground Control System (GCS) for drones. Our objective is to deliver a cutting-edge application that harmoniously integrates advanced technology with a user-friendly interface. By leveraging React Native in conjunction with native modules, we are building a system designed to manage continuous data streams and enable real-time camera streaming via RTSP, ensuring an engaging and immersive experience for users.The GCS supports fundamental drone functionalities, such as mission mode and guide mode, while incorporating innovative features aimed at enhancing user interaction. Our integration of Mapbox for real-time mapping, complete with customized styles, provides a high degree of precision and interactivity within the system.This project represents a forward-thinking approach to drone technology, where technical innovation is carefully balanced with practical application. Collaborating with a highly skilled team, we are not only meeting but exceeding industry standards, setting new benchmarks for both usability and sophistication.
