Before working in university as Rector, I'am a Director of ng duong Highng School, Prey Veng Twon.As Rector in university, I lead one team to conduct stractegy plane for unversity and send them for submiiting from Board Management of the university. I also give direction to entire university to prepareannual operation plan evry year. In other hand I lead the research scientific team in university to promotethe teaching & learnig to achieve the learnig outcome by objective to meet the job market.
