I play a key role in Leadership and management a high level of care for all employees includes ensuring proper salaries, a benefit package, additional services like health care and daycare, employee development, compliance to all labor rules and regulations and generally maintaining a positive and people focused culture at Pactics Cambodia responsible for:- Design HR strategies to align with business objectives- Develop organizational design and change management, future leadership bench, future of work and employee experiences.- Develop Policies and Procedures - Build Performance Management System- Managing Policies & Procedure (safety, health, labor) and Internal Work Rule and Regulations- Member of management team contributing to business decisions- Recruit management team and technical team - Partner with line managers to lead and facilitate change.- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting- Budgeting and HR monthly report- Salary forecast and Employees forecast- Provide leadership and management in HR department- Maintenance of the HR Management System (Payroll System, Leave, Employees database) - Set up and manage through HR several facilities like Daycare, Security, Housekeeping and Infirmary.- Set up and manage HR Department (team of 14) to support the growth and implemented Social Accountability (SA) 8000 management system.- Created, reviewed, implemented, and audited all policies, procedure and record related to SA8000, ISO9001.- Internal Audits to pro-actively manage compliance to SA8000 Standard requirements and ISO9001 Standard requirements.

Managing timely HR administrative support with quality, such as recruitment, payroll, Performance Development Management. Facilitating excellent Human Resource Management (HRM) practices by managers in the zone/sectors in collaboration with National Office HR Department. Facilitate a positive work environment in partnership with Line Managers and National Office.Manage employee issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.Support zonal/sectoral senior managers and their leadership team proactively to strengthen the organization's effectiveness contributed by human resources.

Ensure that World Vision Cambodia has a secure and up to date Human Resource International system that provides reliable information system for managing employee information including personnel documentation and filing. Provide user friendly low maintenance HR administration procedures and processes that are efficiently used by People & Culture (P&C) Team and staff especially managers. Efficient P&C Department administration unit that supports P&C operational needs and a secure and well managed administration unit that provides and keeps records of all necessary documents and data. All P&C Department administrative needs are provided e.g budgets, meeting rooms, minutes, etc. Role model professionalism, spiritual leadership and learning contributing to World Vision Cambodia holistic growth as a member of People & Culture management team.
