Managing day-to-day operations of Trust Corporation finance team (4xFTE) including:o Management Accounting - Supervise the month-end process, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of management reports, including reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, budget versus actual variance analysis and general journals.o Transaction Processing – Supervise Accounts Payable, Payroll and Accounts Receivableo Financial Accounting – Oversee preparation of five separate financial statements and manage relationship with auditors (PwC)o Planning and Analysis - Responsible for overseeing the annual budget process, leading all forecasting/planning activities and adhoc business analysis.o Compliance - Oversee compliance with statutory, regulatory and taxation obligationso Risk and Internal Controls – Responsible for internal control environment and conducting operational performance audits with a focus on controls and financial sustainability.o Board Reporting – Responsibility for presenting monthly results to the BoardFund Manager of Diocesan Development Fund portfolio - Responsible for management of asset allocations, customer relationship management, loan appraisals, cashflow, treasury risk management and investments.

Responsible for managing external financial statement audit teams. Duties included financial statement reviews, addressing complex technical accounting and financial reporting issues, internal control assessments, review of audit testing/workpapers, reporting, project management and client relationship managementAdvised multisector multinational, listed, government and private clients on how to optimise the way their Finance team operates and partners with the wider business to drive improvement from both a strategic and tactical perspective and reduce risk.
