As a Tech Support Officer at Hysan Education, I provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers and staff using various software and hardware tools. I also manage and update the company's website, social media platforms, and online learning resources. I have successfully resolved multiple issues and improved the user experience and satisfaction.In addition, I work as a Facebook Marketing Assistant at iDEA Khit, a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow their online presence and reach. I create and optimize Facebook ads, analyze and report on the performance and ROI, and suggest strategies and recommendations to increase conversions and engagement. I have contributed to several campaigns that generated high-quality leads and sales for our clients.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at Suranaree University of Technology, where I am a Royal Scholar and a MEXT 2023 Scholarship Finalist. I have completed a Career Path Certification in Data Science from DataCamp, and two Coursera courses in Supply Chain Operations and Logistics. I have also participated in various internships, projects, and volunteer activities that enhanced my skills and knowledge in engineering, data science, business, and leadership.I am a young, resourceful, and hard-working person with excellent organizational and communication skills.
