Conducting thorough system analysis based on user requirements, I led the planning, development, and implementation of MMLS. My responsibilities included conducting research to propose creative strategies aimed at maximizing ROI for e-commerce websites. In collaboration with Hong Leong Bank, we successfully developed enterprise transaction processing software using Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) technology. The project also involved exploring and implementing diverse payment methods, including money orders, bank slips, and telephone bills.To enhance the UV Mall user experience, I developed several key modules that provided members with a wide range of functionalities. These included features for online advertising through free classifieds, sending electronic greeting cards for various occasions, and engaging in alumni and job-related activities. Hired to lead the design and development of an e-commerce web application for an Internet Book Shop, utilizing Oracle Web Application Server with PL/SQL and Perl cartridges on a Sun Solaris platform. My role encompassed the entire development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and the successful implementation of the e-commerce solution.The project aimed to advance e-commerce initiatives in Malaysia by establishing an online platform for book sales. The client, Pustaka Union Sdn. Bhd. in Penang, Malaysia, was a wholesale book seller catering to a diverse customer base with a catalog of approximately 70,000 books.To enhance the customer experience, multiple payment options were integrated, including credit cards, demand drafts, and money orders. Additionally, administration modules were developed using Visual Basic with the Oracle OCI driver. Ensuring the security of sensitive data and transactions was a top priority, and the website was secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.

I was engaged to design and implement a comprehensive software solution for the Real Estate sector, developing a sophisticated database application over an eight-month period using Visual Basic and Microsoft Access. This application adeptly managed customer information, project details, and various purchase and property documents.Under the expert guidance of Dr. Ramachandran from Anna University, I led the project through its entire development lifecycle—design, development, testing, and successful deployment. I designed key modules including token advance, agreement, installment, registration, property document, property sheet, and customer details.A notable achievement of this project was the significant enhancement of billing and reporting capabilities for staff. The system featured automated generation of postal letters on a weekly basis for customers with outstanding agreements or installment amounts, thereby streamlining communication and improving payment tracking.

As part of my Bachelor's degree at Sanco CFS, Chennai, I undertook a significant project with a team of two, developing a software solution for Container Freight Stations under the guidance of Dr. T. Kathirvalava Kumar. Utilizing Visual Basic and Microsoft Access, we created a comprehensive system to efficiently track information related to containers and cargo.The project, which spanned six months, included nine major modules: gate-pass entry, public notice reference, delivery order, bill of entry, boarding ticket, bill of CFS, customer details, CHA agent details, and steamer agent details. Additionally, the system featured five reporting modules to enhance data visibility and operational efficiency.
