Primary Responsibility: Oversee the Construction and Fixture Installation Related projects the company performed in the retail industry. The projects consisted mainly of Interior remodel and refresh projects within Multiple Retailer Properties. Reviewed and Approved Budgets, Sub Contractor Invoices and Payment approvals.Secondary Responsibility: Oversee the Companies Proprietary Information System Platform. I was responsible for Implementing new functionality to the field personnel via Mobil solutions as well as In house Management Functions. I Designed and tested the interface Layouts as well as workflow processes. I Trained Project Managers how to effectively use the system for their Real Time Project Reporting needs. I also was responsible for overseeing the Payroll Data Collection and reporting for the field Personnel. I communicated with the third Party Developer with all changes required.
