Silver Elm was founded to deliver technology services to small to medium sizes business with specific focus on technology consulting and software development. While Silver Elm was more focused on technology than industry consulting, we did find a niche in the real estate and mortgage industries due to the past business experience.

IBM purchased the Management Consulting Services group from Pricewaterhouse. This transition came just before my personal decision to make some career changes so that I could be home with my family and get out of the weekly travel cycle associated with this type of position. Since I was not actually at IBM for very long I have left all other details under the PricewaterhouseCoopers position.

Started at Price Waterhouse as a IT/Management Consultant moved up to Principal Consultant and later to Project Manager. Responsible for implementing large e-business web sites and applications. In most instances I lead teams of 5 to 10 individuals to implement e-commerce, customer relationship and enterprise portal applications.
