I have worked in management from the food service industry to a business manager of a therapist. Ownership of several business's. One of my specialties is waste management. Not garbage, but the waste from handing out a handful of napkins in a to go order instead of the 2 per order, Or when a employee is allowed free drinks and gets a new cup for each one, to tools being discarded stolen or thrown away, to theft, be it of merchandise or company time. I also look at ways to improve sales, quality control, and customer service. I am Honest to a degree that it has gotten me in trouble, I follow Company policy and hold others to a high expectation to do the same. I accept responsibility for anything I may mess up and not blame others. It is how we learn.My recent management experience was with my gift store the Multi Culture Shoppe in Palatka Fl. It was in the same building as Integrity Therapies Inc, I was the Business manager of that as well. My responsibilities included, setting appointments, filing the insurance claims for therapy, Filing paper work, customer service, ordering supplies, confirming appointments. For my store, inventory control, stocking, setting up display, ordering merchandise, paper work, sales, book keeping. Over the years, I have managed at a Hardee's, Co-leaser of The Colonial House Cafe, Kitchen and Catering manager of the Bowler, and Head Chef at Spirit Lake Nation Casino.
