During my time at Salestrakker, I had the privilege of collaborating with white-collar clients, including brokers and major Australian banks. My primary objective was to optimize usability across the company's CRM platforms. This involved close collaboration with developers and testers to consistently implement enhancements to one of the company's flagship platforms. My responsibilities primarily included designing intuitive interfaces for CRM systems, mobile applications, and landing pages.
