Department of International Affairs (2021 - 2023)o Focal point of the Ministry of Social Development at the “United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework 2023-2027”, that consists in one of the most important documents related to the actions of the United Nations in Brazil for the next five years;o Responsible for researching and prospecting new international agreements for the institution.General Human Resources Coordination (2019 - 2021)o Responsible for evaluating the performance of 600 civil servants at the Ministry of Citizenship; o Member of the team that created the institution´s first home office information system, impacting more than 1000 employees between 2020 and 2021.National Secretariat for Food Security (2013 - 2019) o Responsible for supporting the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) local managers in more than four hundred cities in Brazil; o Responsible for the evaluation of the PAA in 2013, 2014 and 2015, by analyzing the results of projects that summarized 500 million US dollars; o Member of the team that developed and improved the SISPAA (Food Acquisition Program Information System) with the information technology team of the Ministry;o Member of the instructional design and content development team of the PAA on-line course, that reached more than 3000 students.National Secretariat for Citizenship Income (2013) o Responsible for negotiating federal government agreements on the fundraising of additional resources for the Bolsa Familia Program (PBF) in the Southern region of Brazil. PBF is the largest conditional cash transfer program in the world and in 2013 it impacted over 14 million families (50 million people);o Focal point of the Ministry´s financial education project for vulnerable populations by articulating its policy formulation and regularization with non-governmental organizations, Brazil´s Central Bank and civil society´s leaders.

Research focused on the role of women in colonial wars and on the relationship between colonization and democracy in the Lusophone Africa.
