Assisted in the daily recruitment and talent acquisition of a $1B dollar marketing and advertising company which manufactures and sells products including Beverly Hills MD Skincare & Gundry MD.▪ Created SOP, including standardized recruitment materials, recruitment policies, job descriptions, offer letters, and on-boarding procedures which were used by employees and the company owners for companywide recruitment.▪ Responsible for all aspects of recruitment including hiring and managing company recruiters, running job ads, sourcing, and interviewing candidates, extending verbal and written offers, and running background checks.▪ Maintained an average of 20 weekly open requisitions.
