  Experience:Hospitality Course Projects:Collaborated with team members on developing a customer service training program for a hypothetical hotel, which included creating training materials and conducting role-play scenarios to enhance our communication and problem-solving skills.Participated in a group project where we designed and presented a marketing campaign for a new restaurant, utilizing market research and analysis to develop a comprehensive strategy that highlighted the unique features of the establishment.Worked in a team to organize and execute a charity event for a local non-profit organization, which involved coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure a successful and memorable experience for attendees.Through these course projects, I have gained valuable experience in various aspects of the hospitality industry, including customer service, marketing, event planning, and teamwork. These projects have allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, and I have received positive feedback from instructors and peers on my contributions to these projects.
