I assist our clients in finding effective solutions to meet there specifications. We work with the best of breed technologies in both hardware and software. Careful selection of these complementary technologies allows us to deliver accurate solutions. I currently focus on the Industrial IT range of technologies from ACP Thinmanager, Stratus FT Server and EverRun Enterprise, as well as VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V. I also specialise on the Hirschmann Tofino security appliance, as well as other Hirschmann networking products and solutions.

I verify all hardware builds before they are assembled. Additionally I develop new systems, and find solutions to legacy products. It is my responsibility to ensure all hardware is fit for purpose, and meets our client’s needs. I am always seeking new products and technologies to enhance our portfolio

I was responsible for the growth and maintenance of the virtual infrastructure for the college. I managed over 140 virtual servers, running on 6 host servers, with over 50Tb of storage space to manage. I was also responsible for the daily backups of all the data in the organisation.

I worked within a small team managing the SABS Resource Engineers and Hardware. Daily Tasks were ensuring there were sufficient engineers in the area's to perform the installations. Additionally I was also responsible for maintaining the software used by the installers on the laptops. Towards the end of my time with Virgin media I was deployed to various offices throughout the UK to train new members of staff.

I was the team leader for the Technical Support department; I was responsible for the day to day running of the technical team. Additionally I was tasked with performing billing runs, and processing all payments received. I also made up all the customer welcome packs and processed all our hardware orders from the eShop
