As a Brand Ambassador for AEG, I focus on raising brand awareness and building strong engagement through social media. My goal is to share content that connects with people, aiming to inspire more individuals to get involved with AEG and its' mission.

I helped open Braun Intertec's start-up office in Colorado as the sole engineer, while also leading the business development charge with brand awareness and client relations. From subsurface investigation planning and technical calculations/reports, to construction materials testing and laboratory testing with a touch of project management, I was willing to fill in whatever gap was needed for the office.

As the sole US-based employee for an Australian engineering software startup, I helped double our client base in a market dominated by a 30-year legacy solution. Working independently, I generated leads through creative social media strategies and conducted technical demos to showcase our disruptive technology. My role covered lead generation, sales, account management, and customer support, ensuring clients saw full value while providing product feedback. This experience sharpened my leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, driving growth and adoption in a competitive market.

Skilled in both field and office settings, I led drilling operations for projects like dams, bridges, and mines, overseeing soil and core logging, borehole digitization, and ensuring timely delivery of geological data. Using software like Rocscience and Geostudio, I developed models to analyze slope stability, seepage, and seismic risk, providing key insights for feasibility studies and design. In the field, I supervised crews, advised on borehole locations, and maintained safety in challenging conditions. My expertise in both fieldwork and advanced modeling enables me to deliver comprehensive subsurface investigations that inform critical engineering decisions.

As a deep soil mixing and permeation grouting field engineer for the high-profile C-70 highway expansion project in Denver, Colorado, I played a key role in ground improvement operations for this vital transportation infrastructure project. My responsibilities included oversight of deep soil mixing activities utilized to strengthen weak subsurface soils prior to trench construction. I monitored contractor performance, quality control testing, and production rates. Additionally, I oversaw permeation grouting operations which involved injecting low-mobility grout to fill voids and increase soil density. This was crucial for stabilizing soils and limiting settlement under highway embankments. Throughout these geotechnical improvement processes, I verified compliance with all specifications, maintained detailed documentation, and ensured timely completion of work scopes. The C-70 project allowed me to apply my problem-solving skills in a fast-paced construction environment and make impactful contributions to a large-scale public works project advancing local transportation infrastructure.

Adept in both field and office settings, I successfully managed crews and multiple subcontractors to construct critical foundations for a large-scale LNG plant. This complex project entailed building numerous cofferdams and driving over 5,000 pre-cast concrete piles to support plant infrastructure.As a field engineer, I provided daily field leadership and surveying to lay out work. My oversight included verifying elevations, establishing control points, and compiling as-built drawings to document construction progress. I also coordinated major material purchases and deliveries for both our crews and subcontractors, ensuring timely availability of supplies for a smooth-running project.Beyond hands-on coordination, I used my analytical skills and attention to detail to monitor construction progress and quality benchmarks. I provided ongoing recommendations to optimize productivity, consistency, and safety. My proactive and positive management style allowed our team to rapidly adapt to changing field conditions and variables that could have impacted schedules and budget.Throughout the large-scale LNG plant project, I demonstrated key capabilities in team leadership, contractor relations, technical field work, logistical coordination, and progress tracking. My solutions-focused and friendly approach was vital for driving on-time, on-budget delivery of quality foundations that met the strict tolerances required for subsequent modules and process equipment installation.The project’s success highlights my effectiveness when managing diverse teams, adeptly switching between strategic oversight and hands-on work, and maintaining laser focus on the end goals throughout a complex construction project with many moving parts. These experiences built the foundation for my strengths in driving progress and continuous improvement even in ambiguous or challenging situations.

In this role, I gained hands-on experience with electrical and instrumentation systems in water treatment facilities. Key projects included installing uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs) and associated wiring in pump stations and vaults to ensure continuous operations. I also connected turbidity meters to monitor water quality and troubleshot issues with the instrumentation. To document the work of the controls teams, I produced an informational video. I facilitated the installation of intrusion detection systems and other security measures to protect critical infrastructure. Throughout these initiatives, I completed electrical terminations, splices, and connections. In summary, I acquired valuable skills in industrial controls, electrical work, instrumentation, and security systems, all in service of maintaining and upgrading water treatment operations.

I was responsible for the installation of over 500 VOIP phones and several data closets in the administrative building. During the set up of a brand new data center, I successfully terminated over 100 RJ45s and multiple switches.

I evaluated the lead process in Inside Sales, offered constructive feedback to improve it, and worked with the marketing team to streamline their CRM system. My role also included taking classes on the PI system.
