I'm the Strategic and Growth Advisor at Quorum 15 and work closely with Michael Burton to continue creating an exciting and successful future for our Fixed Income, Equity, FX, Digital Assets and Compliance members globally.Until recently, I was the Co-Founder, Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer at The Finance Hive. I was responsible for building engaged global buy side and corporate Heads of Trading communities to benchmark, soundboard and collaborate as a collective across FX, equities and fixed income globally (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, New York, Boston, Canada, London, throughout mainland Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia).Prior to the Finance Hive, I was a Senior Consultant at the Financial Times where I was asked to set up a conference arm focusing on equities, FX, clearing & settlement, energy & commodities, and insurance in New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore. Previously, I was a Consultant for John Locke Investments and Director for TradeTech across Europe (FX, equities, clearing & settlement and derivatives). Before joining TradeTech I was the Head of Editorial Content, Asset Management at the Financial Times where I helped building a pension fund summit business throughout Europe. Originally I started as an Executive in the World Trade Department at the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry.I studied International Communications, Journalism, Political Science and Public Relations in Belgium where I was awarded First-Class Honours. I was officially the first intern in 2004 in over 120 years throughout the history at the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) - London’s key hub for the business community - to be hired as a permanent member of staff.Since a young age I've been actively involved with various charities/future generations in capital markets and I've launched a number of initiatives and projects throughout my career to make a difference in people’s lives. I speak French, Dutch, English, German, Portuguese and understand Spanish and a little Turkish.In 2016 I was nominated for the Brummell "30 Ones to Watch" and I won the LinkedIn UK Power Profile award for the financial sector.
