I am a senior staff IT engineer with responsibilities to design, build, and deploy enterprise class storage solutions. My expertise includes project design and management, multi-team collaboration, data migration, hardware configuration, integration, and remote site architecture. I have intimately worked with various enterprise storage vendors, tailoring storage deployments for Qualcomm engineering teams. Over the years I have implemented corporate build standards/documentation that are now used by our international, and domestic IT teams. I enjoy publishing build documentation to our global KB, and providing Tier 3 storage support for our help desk. I am the goto liaison for storage deployment, and the technical lead for the Build & Deploy team. My direct reports include various vendor consultants.-------I am the principal IT Engineer, and owner of Patch Cable Network LLC. Patch is a boutique IT consulting company for small-to-medium sized businesses throughout San Diego county. I've been in business since 2002, and over the years I've built multiple ground up networks that include routing, switching, server/desktop/laptop builds, WiFi deployment, virtualization, email configuration/migration, security best practices, backup topologies, and more. Additionally I am a reseller for several critical IT products, and services; including antivirus, cloud storage, backup software, email, and more. I currently provide management, support, and consulting for businesses across San Diego county. -------I am also the owner of a private investment and property management company, Tower District Rentals LLC. Formed in 2015, TDR only manages the property I own. Leveraging my IT background, I adopted cloud-based property management software in order to streamline day-to-day operations. The end result produces innovative services that include secure online rent payments, convenient online maintenance requests, and online full financial accounting. More importantly, the software enabled me to manage multiple properties with a smaller team. Over the last decade, I have renovated many of my properties to provide upscale living with old world charm. My properties are well-maintained, and managed. I enjoy buying turn of the century apartment buildings, and renovating them. To restore and revive has been enormously gratifying for me.
