I work with property buyers or sellers and help them navigate the complex nature of the property market. I talk with clients to find out what kind of property they want and what they are willing to sell or pay, and any specific amenities they are seeking. I work with a real estate broker to find properties that suit their client's needs.I use websites and flyers to describe properties, work with photographers to take pictures of the property. I somoetimes work nights and weekends, showing properties to customers, setting up open houses of properties on the market. When your sale is pending, I work with the other party's agent to offer and counteroffer bids on the property.I know the markets I work in, the hot neighborhoods, the ones in flux, and the ones that are expensive or on the rise. I am able to answer client questions and concerns about things like school districts, zoning, expansion and others.

I serve as a director on the Aurora association of Realtors. Working with the Board of Directors I am given the opportunity to give back and be part of the conversation of where the Realtor brand is headed in our city. We have a great group of caring Directors and we are tasked with serving to improve the Members experience and service from our local board.

My Passion is to assist in the development of great Real Estate professionals.
