 Study tender and call for quotation Prepare BOQ, price offer, drawing, document submission, engineering calculation, etc Cost planning, contract management (contractor award negotiations, payment certification, variation negotiations) Attend meeting ,visit sites and communication with clients and subcontractors Procure as required by project which include preparation of specifications, negotiating prices & services, checking samples, placing orders and processing invoices Keep accurate records of items, costs, deliveries and inventory Analyze proposals and financial reports to determine reasonable prices Manage time quickly and efficiently due to the schedule of work nature Drawing and Estimation of Electrical work  Follow up equipment and material delivery schedule Co-ordination and co-operation with subcontractor to be done in correctly Prepare reports on M&E findings, as required, working closely with financial controller, technical staff Make regular reports to the project board highlighting areas of concern and preparing the documentation for review at meetings Take Final measurement on site for As Built drawing and Assist project manager in preparation any document for handover project Assist project manager in preparation material catalogue submission, shop drawing and material sample for approval Oversee the administration of projects concern with shop drawings, progressive claim and variation order Evaluate Contract/ Sub contract work
