Conduct credit investigations of business owners who are applying for a business loan and character investigations of employees (hired staff and applicants). Create an extensive written report out of the information gathered in a timely manner.

I provide support to the personal account holders of the bank. Some of the tasks include account verification, charges verification, disputes resolution, account opening, credit card inquiries and sales. The job is blended voice and back-office.
