The Career Me Project is my first start-up idea to open a Career Center for Vietnamese students to assist them in better preparation and understanding to know what they want and what the market has before applying for a job. Career Me provides training courses to prepare and give out 5 year plan for each Career options for an industry, linking students with experts from each field and mentor them with advice and job-based knowledge to help them make better and more informed decisions prior to applying for a job. The core values is to make sure the student and company interest do align, and thus reducing many years of struggling and job-switching roles due to inability to fit-in, not patiently enough to wait for the right role, lost in directions as well as providing a career-sharing community for young professionals and students. The idea has been selected into to semi-finalist round for VietChallenge Competition - Led & built a team from 5 to 20 people to develop a start-up ideas of the first Career Center for students in Vietnam- Developed Websites mycareerme.com and gained over 6000 likes on Facebook, with highest reach of 60,000/week- Hosted, organized and delivered Career Workshops/Classes for students relating to Big Four, FMCG and Banking.
