It partners with civil society, local media and others to produce creative programmes and content in multi-media formats which inform and engage audiences, and to strengthen the media sector through building professional capacity and infrastructure.Women’s Empowerment Collectives and the Power of Digital: A Research and learning Agenda was a research project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. It included five landscaping studies and three large scale Proofs of Concept with women’s collectives in India. • Worked closely with the Project Director to manage the cross organizational, multidisciplinary project team of staff and consultants as well as members of the research, digital and creative departments in New Delhi and London. • Tracked, reconciled and reforecasted the project expenditure of over $2million on a regular basis throughout the tumultuous Covid period. • Built and managed relationships with stakeholders, partners, vendors, consultants across the project. • Assisted in compiling and writing the annual reports for the Gates Foundation• Worked with legal teams in New Delhi and London to negotiate and draft contracts for partners, vendors and consultants

FLINT is an international communications consultancy for the arts, culture and luxury sectors specializing in communications campaigns, profile-raising, audience development and brand management with offices in London, Dubai, Istanbul, New Delhi and Mumbai.Managed a team of ten across two offices in New Delhi and Mumbai to create communications and social media campaigns for clients from India and abroad. • Lead and nurtured relationships with clients, stakeholders, sponsors, partners and journalists whilst devising and guiding campaign strategies with the team. Managed all the PR and marketing for the Beijing leg of the touring exhibition - China: Through the lens of John Thomson 1868-1872 - from the Wellcome Library, London that has since been to 28 museums worldwide. Included liaison with the Beijing World Art Museum, exhibition organiser and designers, and the local and international media.
