Support the daily, weekly, and monthly promotions and day to day operations at the University of Utah, Idaho State, and Southern Utah University. This includes the development of marketing plans, launch/social campaigns, and events to support on-site marketers or operators. Ongoing goals include staying in tune with ROI on current campaigns while maintaining the brand standards. Currently manage all avenues of marketing for the University of New Mexico's dining program while providing support to New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. During my time here, I helped grow meal plans sales by over 30% year over year and have grown UNM Food's online presence by over 400%. Additional elements included LTO development, concept development, brand management, brand creation, and website management. Achievements:- Meal Plan Sales: Launched Early Meal Plans Sales campaign and drove over $180,000 in early sales in partnership with Starbucks. Collected 98% of all early sales revenue at start of semester.- Event Planning: planned and executed award winning 'Legacy' event placing 2nd in the Residential Showdown. The competition encompassed all of the West Division Schools with over 20 submissions. 'La Po Goes Global' showcased cuisines from around the world including:Morocco | Chile | Japan | Italy | Greece | IndiaThe event focused on bringing authentic cuisine and showcased our culinarians home countries Morocco and Chile. Students were also able to 'pin' on the map and share with their fellow Lobos where they were from.- Brand and Concept Development: In partnership with UNM Food (University of New Mexico Food), my team developed and executed the campus' new taproom 'Draft & Table'. Among the first of it's kind, D&T has quickly become a student favorite. The concept's space was designed by UNM's senior architecture students and the name Draft & Table (drafting table) was a nod to the incredible work conducted by the students. In addition, the brand was carefully designed to be it's own concept but also to tie back into the UNM Brand connecting the brand to life on the UNM campus.
