Working with a diverse population of patients in an acute care setting, assessing dysphagia and cognitive communication in a variety of contexts, including post-stroke and post-extubation, in both English and French. Observed videofluoroscopy swallowing studies (VFSS) in a variety of patients (inpatient and outpatient).

Assisting the communication team with AAC intervention sessions and programming eye gaze and switch access devices. Planning and implementing cognitive communication therapy and dysphagia therapy in the context of rehabilitation. Conducted dysphagia assessments of newly-admitted patients. Assessments and interventions were provided in both English & French.

Planning and implementing virtual speech and language therapy programs for children from kindergarten to grade 3, including developmental language, articulation, and motor speech therapy.
