I am a first year Culinary Arts Managment student, working in my spare time at a family run bar and restaurant in Poulton-le-Fylde. I have an educational background in Art and design, Which has been a long standing passion and source of enjoyment, I found more fulfillment through working in kitchens. I thrive in a working environment where I am always learning, through training and from my colleagues own knowledge. In my spare time I enjoy reading, drawing, skateboarding, walking and of course cooking for friends and family
