CurrentAs part of the medical billing team at SimplexMed, I manage Medicare Part A claims, ensuring accurate billing for inpatient services and hospital care. I primarily handle patient inquiries via calls, provide efficient support for billing issues and claims processes, and respond to emails when needed. In addition, I contribute to front-end development tasks, improving the user interface of our internal systems. I focus on resolving concerns quickly while maintaining excellent communication and ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines.
