As a professional freelance singer and actor for over 20 years, I have long realized the difficulty and importance of facing change with confidence. That's why I began my training with Coaches Training Institute in 2018, to help others create habits of change in their lives to empower them to change perspectives, reach goals, lean into the uncomfortable, and evolve into the best version of themselves. With massive transitions ahead for all of us like climate change and the exponential growth of technology, I want to help prepare our planet to grow and face these challenges, one life at a time, through coaching, writing, and public speaking.A native of New York, I'm a passionate performer and lover of life who can't imagine ever leaving the arts. Trained at the Maryland Opera Studio, based on Staniskavski's famed studio in connection with the Bolshoi Theatre, I love performing in every capacity. I began my career early, singing in the Westminster Choir in Carnegie Hall with the Berlin Philharmonic at the age of nineteen, and have never looked back. Since then, I've made my solo debut at Carnegie and other amazing venues around the world, and I sing with world-famous ensembles at the Metropolitan Opera and the Washington National Opera. I'm so grateful for my talk show, The Peace of Persistence, which introduced me to some incredible and successful people who are extremely satisfied with life. Their stories continue to inform my performances, my life coaching practices, and my life. A dreamer at heart, I love stargazing, roller skating, growing beautiful greenery in my apartment, traveling, and dancing with friends.

Certified Life CoachTime For Change Enterprises, Llc Dec 2018 - PresentOne of the largest causes of anxiety in our culture today is our individual avoidance of change. As a CTI-trained coach, I work with clients to create habits of change, in order to help them break through the walls they've built around their comfort zones. We work together to build more meaningful and expansive perspectives and lives by leaning into a regular practice of embracing the unknown. I've led workshops on overcoming your fears in public, written hundreds of posts on the topic of choosing change as a regular habit, and created a better life for myself through the practice of pushing past my comfort zone daily. Having left the education industry to become a freelance actor and singer, I fully understand the need to get comfortable with the variable nature of freelancing and entrepreneurship. This practice is ideal for anyone looking to grow in confidence, enhance their perspectives, and evolve to handle the countless changes facing us as individuals and as a global society. -
