I have 12 years of professional experience managing multi-sectoral projects with various United Nations agencies and other international non-profit organizations.My previous experiences include:• Developing program proposals for different funding agencies;• Working on multiple projects on Women’s Economic Empowerment in ASEAN countries, from project planning and scorecard design to monitoring and implementation;• Designing capacity building sessions on mainstreaming diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in climate change adaptation planning and marine protection for Indonesia, Philippines, Timor Leste, and Papua New Guinea;• Developing a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Analysis on comprehensive tax reform and public-private partnership programs in the Philippines;• Conducting intercultural consultations on DEI issues in national and local climate change adaptation programs and plans;• Conducting a gender-sensitive value chain analysis on the seaweed industry;• Facilitating a country-wide inquiry on gender and reproductive rights violations with a focus on at-risk groups (women with disabilities, LGBTQIA, and rural women);• Designing a national strategy to address high maternal mortality in the Philippines; and• Facilitating coaching sessions to strengthen capacities of local institutions to address DEI and climate change issues.
