I am a passionate and dedicated Physical Planner with a degree in Integrated B. Planning M. Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. My academic journey has been driven by a deep interest in urban planning, environmental sustainability, and the intersection of technology with urban development.Throughout my studies, I've engaged in diverse planning projects ranging from neighborhood planning in Mayur Vihar Phase-II to the development of a Master Plan for Thiruvananthapuram City. These experiences have honed my skills in GIS, AutoCAD, and scenario modeling, equipping me with the technical expertise to analyze complex urban issues and propose innovative solutions.My academic projects have often focused on sustainability, resilience, and the integration of land use with transportation. For instance, in my thesis project, I assessed the impact of Smart City Missions on achieving mobility-based Sustainable Development Goals in Patna. This project, along with others, has strengthened my understanding of how urban planning can contribute to a more sustainable future.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained practical experience through internships and projects. At SEEDS, I identified key stakeholders vulnerable to climate change and conducted a comparative analysis of land use and vegetation changes in Delhi using GIS. My work on geospatial mapping for a metaverse gaming platform further deepened my technical skills in real-world applications.I am proficient in a range of software tools including Python, Adobe Illustrator, and SPSS, and I am always eager to learn and adapt to new challenges. My interests extend beyond the classroom, with a love for chess, traveling, and exploring new ideas through movies and reading.I am now looking to leverage my academic and practical experience in a professional setting where I can contribute to sustainable urban development and continue to grow as a planner.
