A compact, full-service agency focusing on fresh and targeted graphic design solutions to unique marketing needs such as: collateral material, identity programs, print advertising, web design, self-promotion and direct marketing with the experience to provide strategic marketing analysis, overall marketing promotions and planning, business-to-business campaigns and market research. Resources to accommodate various specialized challenges including technical writing, focus group surveys, multi-media services, traditional media placement or public relations planning.

Pawsitive Ohio is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all volunteer organization. It is our mission to create a community in which no dog needs to die in a shelter simply for being unwanted. Our goal is to reduce the number of homeless dogs by promoting adoption, spay/neuter programs and hosting events for educating the public on animal welfare issues, as we work towards creating a no-kill community. By celebrating shelter diversity and focusing on finding unique ways for rescue organizations to support each other, Pawisitve Ohio serves as a positive and proactive medium towards our common objectives.

Responsibilities include direct client contact involving all facets of their marketing needs, from print to multi-media design. Manage clients and their projects through each step of the creative process from initial meetings, concept development and design execution through final project invoicing. Developed the print design portion of the studio's business while being the primary artist in charge of graphic production.

Responsibilities included the conceptualization, design, execution and management of artwork for the agency: business-to-business national and regional print ads for trade and newspaper, direct mail, promotional materials, product literature and corporate identity packages and website design. Duties also included the management of most projects under development within the department, employee evaluations, recruitment, recommendations on art department hardware and software and contact for vendors and printers.(Hired as an Art Director and quickly promoted to Sr. Art Director. Approximately one year later, was asked to become an Officer of the company and accept the position of Vice President in charge of the Creative Department.)

Designer responsible for creation and production of packaging, direct mail, catalogs and identity materials for the juvenile products division of Rubbermaid.® Directed photography and freelance illustrations while working closely with the marketing, legal and product development departments.

Designer responsible for integrating design concepts through final production with agency creative directors and writers.
