I am responsible for our marketing strategy development and distributor support at Forage Technology. We are a revolution through evolution in silage making – we bring new thinking, from soil to shelf, to ensure that our service is as useful to the farmer as our product!I joined Forage Technology in November 2018 in preparation for becoming the Chr. Hansen UK Business partner, and have thrown myself into both the technical and creative sides of the business - finding my previous marketing and media experience useful to bring new ideas to the industry!

I became involved with Momentum World after being hired as a freelance Sound Engineer to document a leadership project for young people. I was then subsequently hired to train participants on the media equipment during projects and mentoring the participants. I have worked on behalf of Momentum in various UK and european locations.Since my involvement with Momentum I have partnered with them to connect The Engine Rooms and Momentum to work together in international projects and now mentor young people from my area to be able to send them on project work. I am also involved in planning youth exchange events in my area.

General Manager & Events Coordinator Ormskirk Civic Hall (Forward Motion Art) I manage Ormskirk Civic Hall and the events there, a magnificent 1890’s building in the heart of Ormskirk. Today the Civic is a modern, cultural centre for music, art and heritage delivering events ranging from private parties to burlesque to boxing matches, as well as being a rather unique and special wedding venue. My role at the Civic Hall takes me into all aspects of operations from planning, booking, fundraising and delivering new and culturally different events to running and helping develop this lovely old building. I assist in the preparation of grant bids to ensure this grand building’s care. I also manage maintenance, licensing, planning and co-ordination. I also look after, inspire and motivate the Civic’s small but glowingly talented team.The Civic Hall is the sister venue to The Engine Rooms, both part of Community Interest Company Forward Motion Art (FMA). At FMA we aim to be 'a catalyst in our communities, energising and empowering positive change, through art, music, culture and heritage."Since my involvement with Momentum (below) I have partnered with them to connect The Engine Rooms and Momentum to work together in international projects and now mentor young people from my area to be able to send them on project work, and have recently been approved as a UK European Volunteer Service Host, so their welfare and involvement is my responsibility.

Trio Clothing was a side business between myself and two friends, it began with a photo shoot for fun when we realised what a potentially beautiful product we had.It progressed from there with an array of designs, selling solely from social media sites.My title in this project was creative director, I was responsible for all set design, models and staff involved, and also drove the outreach to potential partners and coordinated the involvement with retailers and pop up shops.http://trioclothing.co.uk
