- Worked as a summer intern at Over, an iPhone photo-editing application that allows a user to do anthing from adding text over photos, to blending images and more- Interned as a part of the iOS Engineering team to develop new features in the application- Developed a new auto-text feature which generated random phrases pulled from the web along with other interns, with the goal of helping users who open the app for the very first time and do not know what text to put over their photos- Created a feature that allows a user to select between different font templates when starting a new project, ultimately helping users understand font-pairing and line breaks- Was involved in translating code so that the app would run in Swift 3- Worked on creating a share extension for the application (using App Bundles), which allowed users to store text outside of the Over app for use in the app- Became familiarized with a Github workflow, including pull requests and solving merge conflicts
