I am a partner at Bates Wells. I specialise in advising charities, philanthropists, not for profits, trade associations and membership organisations. I have a particular focus on formation, constitutional issues, mergers, restructuring, funding, fundraising and structuring trading activities. I also work with lots of sports organisations - charities, ngbs and clubs.
