I am responsible for day to day operations of my business, as well as writing, recording, releasing, and performing music. I also operate as an independent contractor writing custom songs for Song Finch, and as a demo artist recording and performing demos for songwriters who don't sing or play an instrument. Band leading and music directing have long been roles I've held, both in churches and most recently for Layng Martine Jr. at Americana Fest '23. Hiring band members based on the particular performance needs, scheduling rehearsals, distributing and organizing music and charts, and making sure load-in/sound check and set times are all organized and communicated to the players. I also act as the go between for the venue organizer and the band to communicate the band needs, i.e. line lists etc.
