Position focused exclusively on re-engaging Corporate sponsorship of the Boise Philharmonic.

Provide leadership and unite a divided regional service non-profit based out of three West Texas cities with different program delivery and weakened fund development base. Improve the fund development and diversity income streams. Build a stronger relationship with Board of Directors, donors and other professional organizations and stakeholders.* Improved and diversified income streams from $350,000 in 2007 to $623,000 in 2009.*Increased available direct program dollars from $100,000 in 2007 to over $275,000 in 2009.* Standardized programming and organizational procedures enabling the satellite offices to work in unison and more effectively reach more clients with needs.

Restructure and evaluate existing special events and community campaigns to result in better fund and volunteer development. Increase the organization's community visibility.
