I was the Business Manager for Butler Toyota-Scion, specializing in loan and asset acquisition for Indiana's largest Toyota dealership. Butler Toyota-Scion specializes in new Toyota and Scion sales and leasing, as well as all-model used car sales at Indiana's oldest and largest Toyota and Scion dealership.Previously, as Loyalty Sales Manager at Butler Toyota-Scion, I specialized in retention of current brand and dealership customers. Using my critical thinking skills and experience, I worked on project management for the brand and the dealership using inter-departmental software with the goal of sales and customer retention. Also in a previous position as Dealership Coordinator for Social Media, Community Marketing and Special Events, I managed social media feeds and planned, coordinated and promoted all of the dealership's special events in the community, including the wildly popular "Butler Scion presents"​ concerts, "Butler Scion Free Thursdays," and arts events at local venues.

I was a Board Member and Marketing Committee Chairperson for the 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization Girls Rock! Indianapolis. GRI is a non-profit organization dedicated to building positive self-esteem in girls and encouraging creative expression through music. Our music education programs provide girls with an opportunity to participate in an environment that fosters leadership, encourages social change, and cultivates a supportive community of female peers and mentors.

Booked, promoted and produced over 300 live music concerts featuring national recording artists of various genres at multiple venues in Central Indiana. Designed and implemented accounting practices that tracked event production and monthly reporting. Managed grassroots and traditional marketing and promotion efforts for each concert and event. Implemented a sponsor program, establishing professional relationships with local and national sponsors and various advertisers, and managed accounts with each. This enabled the company to expand its advertising reach and profitability. Maintained company websites and servers, as well as all graphic design associated with marketing and promotion. Created and managed a marketing street team and expanded the reach of our advertising into high schools and colleges, while offering internship and course credit for students.
