I am a fourth year Posse Scholar at Bucknell University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. So far, within my three years of undergraduate school, I my taken part in psychological research studies at his university, managed to land an internship at A.J.B. Psychotherapy and Counseling and a research assistant opportunity in the Dieting, Stress and Health (DiSH) Lab at the University of California, Los Angeles. On campus, I am part of the Latine Alliance for Community and Opportunity for Students (LACOS) club, which serves as a resource for students to create a community, explore identity and ultimately develop cultural awareness within the Latin diaspora. My future future endeavors include attending graduate school to obtain a Master's/ PhD degree in Clinical Psychology, entering the clinical field and helping individuals with signs and behavior of mental disorders.
