With more than 10 years of experience working in the luxury hotel and restaurant business and now 3 years owning my own company, I have developed a deep expertise in exceptional customer service, multi-tasking, time management and knowledge of high-end amenities and services. My track record includes consistently exceeding goals and delivering exceptional results, supported by a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.Throughout my career, I have successfully been selected internally to join the Soho House Graduate Management training Programme beating thousands of applicants with hospitality degrees to the position open to a small number of people. Since my time with Soho house I have taken my skills and transferred them to set up my own successful business which is now going into its third year of trade since opening during lockdown 2020. I am known for my ability to problem solve and think on the spot, handle pressure calmly and collectively and above all for my personable and charismatic personality.
