Her leadership in business origination and financial oversight, along with her commitment to long-term vision, ensuring strategic alignment across all company functions, has driven long-term success and helped LP Equity become an industry leader.Before becoming Partner in 2022, Ashley developed and led the team that oversaw all new business origination and facilitated numerous real estate investment projects and outside partnerships. She also helped facilitate LP Equity’s expansion of its housing portfolio to include commercial real estate, creating new growth opportunities. Her strategic efforts have led to the success of multiple private equity investment funds, with portfolios spanning 44 states, including 35,000 housing units and 1,800,000 square feet of commercial real estate.
