As Vice President of Technology for Walt Disney Studios, he will lead technology strategy and innovation, and promote technical solutions for film production and post-production. He will work closely with creative and production teams to ensure that he remains at the forefront of visual effects, animation and other fields.• Develop and implement technology strategies to support the overall business goals and creative vision of Walt Disney Studios.• Lead the technology team to promote the research and development and application of new technologies to improve film production efficiency, quality and innovation.• Oversee the coordination of various technical work in the film and television production process to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet high technical requirements.• Work closely with the creative team to understand their needs and provide corresponding technical support to ensure that creative ideas are effectively realized.• Manage budgets, resources and schedules, and optimize technical operations to improve cost-effectiveness and productivity.• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and augmented reality to continuously drive innovation in production processes.• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external technology partners to promote the sharing and cooperation of technical resources.
