Dear Reader, My job title will never be as important as my absolute love of people. We are complex, ever-changing, full of interesting stories, and are usually outnumbered by our electronic devices. I was born in upstate New York and grew up along the East Coast before moving to New Mexico. I have moved a lot in my life, and I have loved the diversity, culture, and people in every place I have lived. I excel in large organizations where the challenge is to work within the structure to find the right people, position the right people, and then complete the assignment. My favorite part of my work is understanding the inner workings of organizations. I intuitively analyze processes to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. I leverage my humor, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills to build strong relationships. I am a passionate writer and public speaker and believe that at the heart of it all, it is all about connection and relationships.Warmly,Aisha
