I am responsible for Ideating and conceptualizing programs and activities scheduled to happen before, during, and after Lagos Startup Week.I confidently interact with partner communities on events that involve Prime Startups as sponsors or collaborators.I work with top management to create, plan, and execute events that position the organization and deliver organizational objectives per time.I collaborate with Inhouse Community Engagement and Management team to plan programs that build and strengthen community relationships.My role also involves identifying new opportunities that align with the organization's objectives and creating partnerships that are mutually beneficial. I am responsible for representing the organization at various events and meetings and delivering ongoing feedback and reports to the management.

I developed and executed Content Marketing Strategies, conceptualizing marketing copies for popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. I collaborated with the design team to ensure all content (including graphic design, motion design, and animation) was in line with the brand identity and purpose. I managed and supervised a team of four creatives, including Social Media Managers and Content Strategists, to ensure projects were delivered on time and with the highest quality standards.

I was responsible for growing and managing the organization's Customer Information Portfolio for all business units in Event Management, Content Production, and Real Estate, making sure that our services were reaching the right prospects and onboarding them as customers. To achieve this, I executed an Email marketing campaign, including Cold Emails and follow-up emails, and adopted Cold calls as a strategy to reach out to potential customers.For three weeks, I acted as Operations and Brand Experience Manager, covering for a colleague while still meeting my KPI as the Business Development Manager. I represented the organization at different meetings and brand events/activations, ensuring that the organization's goals were met. I interfaced with the Engineering team to guarantee that the hardware and software used to deliver services across all business units were running smoothly. I had the privilege to collaborate with the Chief Innovation Officer to expand on ideas and map out execution strategies for campaigns and organization events.
