I am an experienced project and program manager with over 15 years working in the oil and gas industry and its regulatory oversight. My experience covers a broad spectrum from establishing portfolios, developing indigenous engagement initiatives, implementing multi-year digital transformation, to working with management to execute full-scale organizational change. Managing multiple projects at once or building a major program is when I'm in my comfort zone and at my best. I thrive in a complex space, where solutions need to be discovered, and that requires finding a balance between patience and urgent action. I'm an effective facilitator who effectively builds connection and trust in diverse groups. In addition, I’ve led strategic planning sessions, and lead regular project reviews with management and executive leadership. I believe in inclusive organizations and build strong self-directed teams with a culture of respect, collaboration, and fun. I have built an expansive toolkit which allows me to deploy appropriate, fit-for-purpose, and hybrid project management principles and best practices. My goal is to ensure that my teams are set up for success, that they are able to adapt to changing priorities to better meet the needs of the business, and to deliver on the expected outcomes. Although currently residing in Calgary, I grew up in Vancouver and love being in the water or the mountains.
