I'm in charge of developing and manage the main communications and tracking systems for Tech teams, operating directly under the Governance office, with a special focus on the Portfolio Management layer. I lead the team assigned to Atlassian technologies (mainly Jira, Trello and Confluence) both in their Cloud and On-Premise variants.

I have the responsibility of running the main report systems of Tech department, all based on Atlassian software (Jira and Confluence). The virtual team that I am leading implements and maintains several communication systems over the same platform. As branch of the PMO, I manage reports stakeholders’ requirements, translating and organizing them into implementation plans, then realized by my team following Agile methodologies.

I worked as marketing manager for the XuniPlay platform, a digital engagement software for signage and mobile, produced by fabbricadigitale. My tasks included: new features design, writing product documentation (product introduction, economics and manuals), relationship management with customer and strategic partners, preparation and execution of demos, and problem solving with the customer care team. During my work two were the most relevant experiences: the design of the user experience of a 3D map signage app (later adopted in Expo 2015) and being part of the planning team for a ‘smart city’ mobile app for the city of Mantova (with tourist and civic services). Working in fabbricadigitale allowed me to experience being a part of a structured and process-driven company, and to interact with some of the biggest companies and banks in Italy.

After the internship period in Henesis, i continued working as project lead and key UX designer for the Twyle project, as a Fashion market application of theories and technologies developed in the previous project, following the prototype development until the seed funding phase.
