Responsibilities include brand stewardship, comprehensive marketing leadership, public relations and communications management, management of all online/digital fundraising initiatives for the organization, and more.

Key Accomplishments: Managed all press and crisis communications through COVID-19, the presidential assassination, 2021 Haiti earthquake, and fuel crisis. Led the process for Hope for Haiti's winning 2021 Classy Awards nomination and Top 50 Finalist 2022 nomination. Continued to lead #HikeforHaiti campaign to a nearly $600k fundraise. Grew Hope for Haiti's social media presence by >260% from Jan 2020 - Jan 2022, including growth on Instagram from 3.2k followers to nearly 20k followers + verification. Thought leadership speaker at multiple conferences and on multiple podcasts, and host of Hope for Haiti podcast + livestreams.

Key Accomplishments: Launched 2nd Annual Hike for Haiti amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and raised $106k for education and public health (>10x over previous year's pilot event). Developed & hosts Instagram Live series. Speaker at the Classy.org Collaborative Conference. Dramatically increased brand presence through major media coverage and high-profile partnerships.

Key Accomplishments: Lead on Hope for Haiti's 30th Anniversary rebranding project. Creation of Hope for Haiti's flagship "Hike for Haiti" annual event. Curriculum design & management for Leadership 360, an innovative young professionals leadership & development program.

Led successful communications effort for upstart candidate who climbed from 0% name recognition to 8% of the vote + fifth place finish within three month sprint campaign in a crowded field of eleven candidates, most of whom were career politicians. Served as a key advisor to the candidate and on the senior leadership team. Directly managed all communications strategy and efforts, including press, branding, debate and media prep, digital media, and content production. Oversaw campaign relationship with team of consultants, over $1.5M in advertising spend, policy development, and logistics for ad shoots.

Treasurer of the Board of Directors at SoGal Foundation, the non-profit arm of SoGal Ventures. Mission: to organize educational programming, create thought leadership, and holistically support the next generation of diverse founders and funders.

Pro-Bono Communications Advisor to No One Left Behind (NOLB). NOLB is the oldest charitable organization focused specifically on supporting former interpreters and U.S. government employees eligible for the Iraqi and Afghan Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) programs. Collaborate with key stakeholders (C-Suite, Product Management, Sales, etc.) to develop and maintain an effective advertising strategy. Execute media planning and purchasing. Continuously evaluate and recommend emerging advertising opportunities. Work with User Experience Team to conduct primary research. Perform competitive analysis and identify opportunities in the media marketplace.

Managing advertising operations from project conception to distribution; establishing and maintaining the advertising schedule and related communication; media purchasing/contract negotiations; and analyzing/reporting advertising metrics (ROI).

Project management for the marketing sub-teams, creation of advertisements for the Distal Extremities product line, and other various graphic design duties. Overhauled the advertising workflow, and successfully designed and implemented a new one with the support of the President of Arthrex and the Director of Marketing, which directly led to promotion.
