I’ve been with Kforce since 2004, and have worn many hats. As part of our Talent Management team, I have taken on positions of increasing complexity and authority. In my current roles as Operations Lead, I am responsible for overseeing, coordinating, training, mentoring and directing the daily activities of the Internal Staffing Operations. I was part of the core team that implemented Taleo Enterprise, and am a superuser of the system. I ensure OFCCP and AAP standards are maintained, documented and audited. I also cultivate collaborative relationships with our corporate teams, hiring managers, prospective and new employees.Why am I here? Because I love what I do. I enjoy introducing people to Kforce and putting them on a career path to success. I have great relationships with my teammates and coworkers. I am also passionate about giving back to the community. Kforce provides me with many avenues to help those in need through its stewardship endeavors.
